How long does it take to process my product order?

It can take up to 2 business days to process your order, however with that being said, we strive to do our best to process your order the first chance we get.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within Canada is currently a flat rate of $25CAD. Shipping to the United States is currently a flat rate of $30CAD.

How do I activate the free shipping at checkout?

To activate free shipping at checkout, ensure you have achieved the minimum subtotal BEFORE applicable discounts for your country. Minimum subtotal for ALL Canadian orders is $222.22CAD and minimum subtotal for ALL United States orders is $333.33CAD.

Can I include a gift card in my purchase to qualify for free shipping?

No. Gift card transactions are processed completely separate from products & services. They cannot be combined in the same transactions whatsoever.

Yes. We take pride in ensuring our packaging is recyclable & eco-friendly. The earth's well-being is something we take upmost pride in.
