Refund & Warranty Policy

NO SERVICE REFUNDS

At Abundantly Amberly we have a zero return/refund policy for all Services. At the discretion of Abundantly Amberly, circumstantially, services will be honoured to ensure client satisfaction. 

 

PRODUCT REFUNDS

All products have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the items. There will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from the total of your refund. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method that was used in the original order. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a product return, you can contact us at AbundantlyAmberly@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your refund will not be processed if the items returned are not deemed suitable for resale. In the case an item is not deemed suitable for resale, a partial refund may or may not be applicable. If an item is not deemed suitable for resale, you are welcome to request the item to be shipped back to you at your expense.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) We will request to see a picture of the damaged item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If it is beyond 24 hours, there is no way for us to know if the damage occurred during shipping or after the item was received. We understand that damaged products are never ideal, and we package and wrap our boxes very heavily to help prevent any issues. 

 

MANUFACTURING DEFECT WARRANTY

Each piece of jewelry has a manufacturing defect warranty. If you feel your jewelry piece is or has become defective, please contact AbundantlyAmberly@gmail.com immediately to discuss further. All manufacturing defects will be repaired at the expense of Abundantly Amberly however the shipping costs fall upon the purchaser. Manufacturing defects are ONLY referring to the wire itself as crystals are unrepairable and naturally can deteriorate over time.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items, as well as items that have been worn. Please email AbundantlyAmberly@gmail.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we CANNOT accept returns on sale items (including flash sale items) or gift cards. Digital (downloadable) products of any kind, once purchased, CANNOT be exchanged, returned, or refunded.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to exchange and to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your order is not approved, you can request the item(s) be shipped back to you at your own expense.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

A cancellation request must be submitted within 1 hour of ordering, otherwise, we do not offer cancellations. Cancellations are subject to a 10% non-refundable re-stocking fee (10% of your order total -grand total - will not be refunded).
