How do I maintain my Brass & Copper jewelry?

Each purchase comes with a micro-fibre cloth that is recommended to be used before & after each wear. To ensure original quality of the metal and crystal, it is highly recommended that ONLY chemical-free micro-fibre cloths are used to clean all Abundantly Amberly Jewelry. It is also strongly recommended to not wear ANY of your jewelry in water, especially treated water, as select metals can have a chemical reaction with said treatment. Water chemical damage is not honoured in the manufacturing defect policy.

How do I maintain my 925 Sterling Silver jewelry?

To prevent tarnishing in the hard to reach spots, it is recommended to clean your 925 Sterling Silver jewelry frequently, especially between each wear. Each purchase comes with a micro-fibre cloth that is recommended to be used before & after each wear. To ensure original quality of the metal and crystal, it is highly recommended that ONLY chemical-free micro-fibre cloths are used to clean all Abundantly Amberly Jewelry. It is also strongly recommended to not wear ANY of your jewelry in water, especially treated water, as 925 Sterling Silver, can have a chemical reaction with said treatment. Water chemical damage is not honoured in the manufacturing defect policy.

How do I protect my crystals from wear & tear damage?

To help prevent wear & tear damage it is recommended to take your jewelry off between each wear and store it as recommended down below. Also avoid your jewelry coming into contact with any source of chemicals including but not limited to, treated water, perfume/cologne, cream/lotions, jewelry polish/cleaner, etc. If at any point you notice that the wiring around your crystal is starting to naturally wear with time, it is highly recommended to consider investing in a rewrap. Depending on which piece you desire to be rewrapped, there is a set fee to pay and all shipping costs will be at the clients expense. Can I expose my crystal jewelry to water?

It is highly recommended to not expose ANY of your crystals to water. Certain chemicals within water, whether it be from a natural or treated source, can cause chemical reactions to certain metals, especially 925 Sterling Silver. In addition, many crystals are not waster resistant and can naturally deteriorate when exposed to water. Any water damage done to the wiring or crystal is NOT covered under the manufacturing defect warranty.

How do I store my jewelry when I am not wearing it?

When you are not wearing your jewelry, it is highly recommended to store your jewelry first in a chemical-fee micro-fibre cloth pouch & then additionally inside an oxygen resistant plastic sealed bag. Additionally, store the jewelry in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

What do I do if my jewelry tarnishes?

If your jewelry tarnishes excessively, please email AbundantlyAmberly@gmail.com with photos of your jewelry. I will do my best to get back to you within 24 hours on recommendations on how to proceed forward.

What do I do if my crystal breaks?

If your crystal itself breaks in any way, it is always recommended to recycle your crystal back to the earth. You can also choose to do whatever you wish with it. If you would like any part(s) of it rewrapped, please email AbundantlyAmberly@gmail.com to inquire further.
