What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a third-party service linked directly at checkout that allows you to make purchases now and pay in four interest free installments in accordance to the payment schedule set out at purchase.

How do I use Installments with Afterpay?

Simply shop online between products & services, add items to your cart and proceed with checkout as normal. During checkout, under the payments secition, you will choose Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, whereas returning customers simply log in and click confirm to make their purchase. Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments with Afterpay (Gift Cards not included). A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

 

What can I purchase with Installments with Afterpay?

Installments by Afterpay can be applied to purchases made on the www.abundantlyamberly.com website.

 

If I'm an international customer can I still use Afterpay?

Yes! Afterpay is offered to all customers in Canada and the US.

 

How does the payment installment schedule work?

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method.

 

Can I pay my Afterpay balance before the date due?

Yes. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates.

When will my items be delivered if I use Installments with Afterpay?

Afterpay orders are delivered as per usual in accordance to standard shipping time frames. Using Afterpay only influences your payment schedule and does not influence your shipping time frame at all.  

 

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction when using Afterpay?

Yes, transaction value limits apply to purchases made on www.AbundantlyAmberly.com using Installments by Afterpay. Your maximum limit can increase over time in accordance to Afterpay's discretion as they deem applicable. 

 

Are there products that are not eligible for purchase using Installments with Afterpay?

Afterpay is not available on the purchase of gift cards. To avoid any complications at check out, it is recommended to purchase gift cards on a separate transaction from products & services. 

 

How do I return an item purchased using Installments with Afterpay?

Subject to the Abundantly Amberly Return policies, please ensure that your return meets our Return Policy here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay. If you believe there is fault or concern with your Afterpay purchase payment, please contact Afterpay customer support at info@afterpay.com

 

What happens if I have a partial refund, and how does that affect my payments?

Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed. Your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and apply the remaining amount to your earlier payments.

Does Afterpay charge interest?

No. Pay-in-4 purchases are always interest-free.
